Attestation of Educational Documents (Degree | Marksheet) from HEC Through Courier

 Hello readers, new episode of getting my BSCS sanad/degree and transcript attested by HEC, few things you should consider first now a days due to corona virus.

HEC is a Government body who is responsible for educational documents attestation in Pakistan, now lets get to the point, here below i am going to list down necessary steps your should take.

HEC attestation requirements are differ from case to case, here i normally entered all the my personal and educational details which includes my previous degrees and certificates.

Q: Can hec degree attestation through tcs is possible?

Ans: yes I used TCS Services

Q: How much fee charged by HEC on single Degree Attestation?

Ans: HEC degree attestation fee per piece of Paper that i paid is 1000 rupees. Personally i don't think so there is an option of URGENT Attestation, if anyone know about it then please share with me in Comments.

• Download Form for APPLICATION FORM FOR ATTESTATION OF DEGREES / TRANSCRIPTS / DIPLOMAS
• Send it to HEC via Courier Service
• Upload your Courier Receipt

How to Apply for HEC Attestation Step by Step

Step 1: you have to register your self to take an appointment from HEC (Higher Education Commission) https://eservices.hec.gov.pk

NOTE: Its a new portal from HEC, old one also work but in the end you have to come back to this new E Service Portal.

Step 2: carefully enter your Personal Details.

Step 3: Enter your Educational certificates details accurately.

Step 4: Apply For Degree Attestation Service

Now you have completed initial task for getting your docs attested from HEC.

Note: You will get an OTP (One-time password) on your mobile phone. Within 5 Minutes you have to enter right OTP you have received via SMS.

Step 5: You have to download your submitted application form.

Step 6:Visit your nearest (TCS & FedEx) Courier office, they require photocopies of your documents and a copy of your CNIC, now sign your form, pay the amount. They will tell you to write your address and phone number on 2 plastic bags, after that they will seal it in front of you and ask you again to signature on that sealed envelop.

Step 7: Now you have your Courier Receipt in your hands, Scan it or take a proper Picture to upload it on HEC official site.

Note: You will confirmation SMS on your phone with reference to the DAS ( Degree Attestation System) application.

Within a week i have received my BSCS Degree and my Mark sheet, same courier company used for sending and receiving papers.

HEC DAS will update you on through email, SMS and e-service portal every time they proceed to next step.
