Step 3: Type "Featured Posts" or any heading you like in the "Title" field.

Step 4:Click inside the "Content" field. Click "Rich Text" on the toolbar if you are not in rich text mode already -- if you see the link "Edit HTML" instead of "Rich Text," you are already in Rich Text mode. Type the title of the post you want to feature. Click and drag the mouse pointer over the title text to highlight it.

Step 5: Click the hyperlink icon on the toolbar. The icon shows a chain and appears between the text color and blockquote buttons.

Step 6: Type or copy and paste the complete Web address of the blog post in the URL field. Click the "Save" button.

Step 7: Click "Save arrangement" and then click "View Blog" to see your blog updated.
