Smiling Face from Flood hit Charsadda

type="html">It is delightful to see people smiling regardless of agony of crises. I met this little boy at village named "Tangee" in charsadda, Kheyber Pakhtoon Khwan (NWFP). There was nothing left at village and there was shortage of water.
