Saitek P2600 gamepad - controls are erratic with FIFA 2011

Issue

I'm using a Saitek P2600 gamepad to play Fifa 2011 on my PC. The controls are totally erratic. Is there any solution?
I've tried to reconfigure my gamepad several times, but it doesn't work.

Solution

Try re-installing the drivers for your device:

• http://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php
• Select: Gamepads
• Product selected: P2600
• Then you choose your operating system
• Download the drivers and reinstall them
• Now launch Fifa 2011, it should work properly.
